Good housemate wanted

Double room in a spacious house with lounge, diner, kitchen & utility in a great location off the Cowley Rd.
To live with a friendly, chilled professional male. Hoping to find a housemate to make the house a home rather than ships passing.
I work fairly hard, so like to come home and chill over some wine/gin/beer and get work troubles off my chest before switching off and watching a movie or meeting mates along the Cowley Rd/having a few over. I watch rugby & ice hockey and go to the odd gig or theatre as well as the occasional bigger night out.
Percy Pigs and Party Rings are always welcome and the next season if GoT is hotly anticipated.
