this ad is on behalf of my landlord.
My room is going to be available first week of jan 2015 as i am moving out due to work commitments. it is a very large double room with a double bed, medium sized chest drawers (quite big actually), a wardrobe, Pc/laptop desk with a table lamp.
All bills are included in the rent which is great for this specific area. wifi is available for an additional £5 per month if you wish.
the kitchen is very large with a fridge, washing machine etc.
the toilet is downstairs with a shower.
