Double Room Available January

2 girls and 2 guys looking for a housemate, I have completed my degree and have a job therefore sadly moving to London.
The room is a decent sized double with a sink, desk, shelves, wardrobe and chest of draws. The door also have a lock on it. The rest of the house comprises of 3 other upstairs room and one downstairs, also downstairs is a toilet, bathroom (being completely re done over christmas), kitchen, living area and large patio/courtyard.
The housemates are all very friendly and sociable always up for a night out or a trip down to the pub. One is not here during the week due to working in Reading/London and the other 3 are students at Brookes (one also graduating with me in December).
