Double Room in shared house

Large top attic room in shared house with big double room fully furnished. One bathroom. Two toilets. Large kitchen. Lovely garden with patio for summer. A shed to put bikes etc in. All housemates are nice and friendly, they keep to themselves but are happy to sit and have a cup of coffee and chat. 450 a month includes all bills except gas and electric which are meter and topped up every 5 weeks. Letting agency are very helpful will sort any problems out quickly. Thanks!
