Room for rent in houseshare just off Cowley Road

Hi everyone,

I will be moving out of my room by the end of the month and am looking for someone to take over my spot in this lovely houseshare. You'd be sharing the house with 5 other tenants, all of them supernice and with very diverse geographical and profesisonal backgrounds. They are always up for house activities like cooking a meal together, watching a movie or going for a drink but they also respect it when you want time for yourself.

The house is in Reliance Way, a nice and quiet residential area. Cowley Road with loads of shops, cafes and bars is just a short walk away. Buses to the city are frequent and take about 10 mins. The house has two showers and an additional bathroom in the house plus a lovely garden.

The room is small but cozy and the rent is £425 with all bills included.
