We are two girls in their early 30s and looking for somebody to share our beautiful house with. We are both professionals who like to keep their place clean and tidy, so we are looking for somebody who are similar to us. The room is available from 20th November and it is located in Cowley (OX4 2NT).

The house has a big, cosy living room, a nice kitchen and a dining room, a very large bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The room is large double room on the second floor and is furnished. The rent is £465 pcm, the bills come to around £110-120 pcm including water, gas and electricity, council tax, broadband and TV licence.

The house is located a few minutes walk from the bus stop on Oxford/Cowley Road and it is close to the Ring Road. There is on street parking, and no need for a parking permit.
