3 Lodgers required for upstairs rooms

The house is close to Cowley Road with great bus access to the City Centre

Hi I am a live in Lanlord (my wife and baby will be moving in a 3 months time)

I have one large double room available upstairs for 600 per month

One medium/standard room for 525 and one very small room for 400. Small room filled

I am only looking for lodgers, there is no shared living room, so working people who only use their room really, we will set out a timetable for people to use kitchens

For example 6: 30-7pm for room 1 and so on

No overnight guests allowed

There is a toilet upstairs for the 3 lodgers to share, however, the shower is based downstairs which again will be shared by all of us, so I require people who MUST tidy up after themselves

This will be a private agreement

Please text me if you wish to view rooms, do not call as I work in a bank and will not answer my phone, viewings will have to be 6pm and onwards, however, I do have two days off (sunday for certain) and we can arrange a time during the day along those times if it is too late. The street parking is also free, washing machine but no drier in the house
