Kitchen has all the usual bits, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer etc.

I'm an existing tenant and looking for a new flatmate for a 6-12 month period.
The flat is on the first floor and is managed by an agency, who require some basic checks (residency status etc)

Me: I'm a male 31, Fairly easy going! Outside of work I enjoy Music, Pubs and I used to enjoy gigs and travelling...maybe one day I will again.
I've also been double jabbed.

Happy to share with any gender or age, but preferably someone who is generally tidy and has a sense of humour.
