Bright, double attic room

Currently on the search for a new housemate. The house itself is a gem, a classic terraced oxford house at the bottom of Headington hill by the park

The room is a delightful good sized double in the attic. It has plenty of storage space and is wonderfully bright. It will be furnished with just the bed but feel free to bring in your own furniture.

Our living room is shared, and recently redecorated. We're a fairly quiet house but enjoy people coming round occasionally for dinner.

The kitchen is unusual as there is a kitchen galley look to it. There's plenty of room and we tend to share cups, glasses, pans etc.
We have the one bathroom which is in reasonable knick and with everyone's different timings we don't have that morning rush with people queuing .

The Room is £655 a month including all bills, The landlord is a top man and looks after the house himself if there are ever any problems.

Deposit is £580

We would love to have someone who is friendly, relaxed, and doesn't mind getting involved with a little cleaning from time to time.
