Spacious double room in family home

We have a beautiful downstairs double room to rent in the idyllic village of culham. Big family home with lovely kitchen diner that leads out to the garden with pond and adjacent to the Thames. Two lounge rooms & modern downstairs shower room & toilet which would be shared.
My 8 yo son lives with me 2 - 5 nights a week & we occasionally have a dog called lily. Family friendly tenants would be warmly welcomed.
Double occupancy would be considered but rent would need to be negotiated. We also have a small children's room which could also be negotiated. 10 minute cycle to Abingdon with good bus & rail links. Cleaning service available at extra fee.
