Double rooms with ensuite in village

We have 2 double rooms available in our Annexe that has 4 rooms and a shared kitchen. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are spacious and clean. The location is a lovely village setting in Culworth with off street parking and a well equipped kitchen. We have 2 HS2 lodgers already. The rooms are available 7 days a week but we prefer lodgers who are working away and only use them at weekends occasionally. Bills are included including full fibre broadband. There is a good pub in the village along with a famous coffee shop. We have a cleaner come to clean the kitchen and hallways one a week which is an additional £10 a week per lodger per week.
