Short term let is preferred, 2-3 months but can be flexible. 10 minutes from city centre by bike or bus (Bus stop is right outside the house). The house is located on Cumnor Hill so is the Botley side of town. It is about 2 1/2 miles from the city centre. Looking for a single to move in on January 2015.(Should be full-time work/professional).Rent includes all bills(hi speed internet, electricity etc.) Small garden for BBQ's in summer.
