Double room to rent for single person in a newly refurbed home.

My fiancé and I have a four bed home where we are looking to rent a room. We are a friendly and hard working couple looking for a likeminded lodger. There's lots of space, separate fridge freezer, microwave and storage just for yourself. Loads of storage in the bedroom too.

We have just had a new kitchen, cloakroom and bathroom fitted so would like someone who will be careful and considerate around the house.
short or long term welcome. No smokers preferred but just no smoking in the house.
We do have 2 cats. They would definelty be kept out of your bedroom so unless there is an allergy to cats they shouldn’t disturb you.

We have a 5 year old daughter also, luckily isn’t an early riser but generally in bed for 8pm so would like someone to be considerate of noise in the evenings and early mornings so her sleep isn’t disturbed.
