All standard bills are included in the price. However, due to extremely high energy and water costs, I ask that tenants are sensible with their energy/water use.

The main living space can be furnished (single bed, wardrobe, sofa, desk c/w chair & bookcase) or completely unfurnished, dependant on requirements.

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre of Didcot and only a few minutes more to Didcot Parkway and therefore easy access to: Milton Park, Harwell Campus, Oxford and London. All this on top of gorgeous countryside walks on the doorstep. Utter bliss!
