You will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, additional WC. There is a good sized garden for relaxing in, off-road parking and secure storage for bikes. Rent includes gas, electric, water and council tax. It also includes broadband. The house is close to local amenities, 10 mins walk to station for easy access to Oxford, Reading and London, 5 mins to local shops & pub, 10/15 mins walk to town.
