A large double bedroom (Master bedroom with two windows - front window towards the road, back window towards to garden) of a 4 bedroom house is under offer. 10 minute walk to Didcot Parkway Train Station (main rail lines to London / Oxford / Reading and A shuttle Bus to Milton Park). And less than 1 minute walk to Bus stop to Harwell Science Park and Culham Science Park.
The house is a large, 4 bedroom terrace with 3 other occupants, who are professional and work in Milton Park and Harwell. The house has a lounge room (with front window and rear patio door), fitted kitchen (with drainer sink unit and built in grill oven & hob with extractor hood above, micro oven, washing machine, a big Freeze-Fridge, cupboard space), separate bathroom and toilet, wireless broadband.
There is no smoking in the house, and the tenants are considerate but fairly busy with their work. We are looking for someone similar (i. e., professional preferred - work address required).

The room is the master bedroom as shown in the plan as Room 1 - with windows both at the rear and front. It comes with a king size bed, wardrobe, desk/chair. (Pillow/duvet will not be provided )

Rent is £725 per month, including all of the bills(council tax, electricity, wireless broadband, Water, Gas central heating). The room will be available from 14th of Oct 2025.

Need employer's reference / pay slips. After 6 months, there will be rolling contract with 1 month notice for both sides.

Although this is a big double room, this will be rented strictly only for one person.
