Double bedroom available in large 1930's semi-detached house close to the centre of Didcot. 2 mins walk to the high st, 5-10mins walk to the train station. Room comes with a double bed, desk/chair, draws, shelves, wardrobe and bedside table. The bedroom currently available is the one on the ground floor. There are 3 more on the 1st floor.

House is fully furnished, and has a modern kitchen, large living room, massive back yard and 2 bathrooms. There's Sky TV and wireless broadband. Other tenants are in the science/IT fields in the local area.

Rent of 460 per month (plus 1 months deposit) covers the rent and all of the bills, so there is nothing else for a tenant to take care of, except shared cleaning. We are looking for a considerate non-smoker.
