1 really spacious double in a big new house

We are a laid back and inclusive household of 3 professionals looking to sublet one spacious double room (10 sq m) with plenty of storage space in a vast new build detached home (163 sq m/1755 sq feet). The house is located in the Brunel Rise area in Great Western Part a bit South of UTC.

A double room with small double bed and other furniture: a large wardrobe, a desk, 2 chests of drawers.

The double room will be available on the 15th September. Asking price: £750 per calendar month, all bills included, inc council tax, etc.

Lots of shared spaces, including a big living room with 65 inch 4k tv (TV channels, Smart TV, Netflix, and Prime house accounts included), comfy sofas.
Big kitchen fully equipped with lots of appliances including microwave, toaster, air grill, and multi cooker, coffee machine with coffee beans, utensils, crockery and cutlery available. Gas stove and oven available.

Dining room with table for at least 6.
Two shared bathrooms upstairs and downstairs.
Upstairs bathroom with bath and walk-in shower (water powered, not electric). All taps are modern combination taps.
Thermostat controlled heating, separate for upstairs and downstairs.
Downstairs utility room/washroom. Dishwasher and washing machine available.
Big garden with BBQ, garden swing, and hammock.
Driveway that can fit 2 cars (1 place taken by a current housemate), parking available in the street in front of the house, or slots in a separate parking in 1 min walking distance.

Cleaner comes to clean shared spaces every month, which is included in the rent. Everything is kept quite clean and tidy. Fast broadband (300 Mbps fibre) enough for 4 tenants streaming movies at once (we have checked).

Short term let possible, minimum stay 3 months.

Unfortunately, we can't allow pets as per contract with the landlord. Smoking area is available in the garden, no smoking is allowed in the house.

Short commute to Harwell Campus, Milton Park, Didcot Parkway, Radley. 30 min drive to Oxford by car and walking distance to a local Asda shop (mostly groceries), 5 minutes walk to bus stops (UTC and ASDA bus stops in 10 min walk, x32 bus stop 2 minutes walk), and 20 minutes walk/10 minutes by bus to the train station and to Orchard Centre with more shops and cinema.
