Nice single room which has been freshly redecorated and re-carpeted, quiet and friendly household. Good sized flat in established part of town, 5 mins walk to the station and 10 mins walk into town. Bus stops right outside for Oxford & shuttle for Milton Park.

Monthly rent includes all bills except phone, wireless broadband and SKY also included. Rent expected to be paid at beginning of month ideally via standing order.

Room would ideally suit a professional non smoking person.

A bit about myself and the other flatmates: I work on Milton Park, quite long hours and like to chill out when not working, i lead a relaxing lifestyle so new flatmate should be able to fit in well with that. Other flatmate is a 23 girl year old who loves shopping. I also have a 6 year old cat who unfortunately does not like other animals so i have a no pets policy.
