smoking is allowed but only outside of the property in the garden and cigarette butts must be disposed of correctly to avoid pets at the property consuming these.
Downstairs workspace available for use by occupants of the bedroom if required (desk, drawer space, lamp etc).
The current photos included show a very large framed double bed up against the mirrored wardrobe as this is the way the current occupant decided to lay out the room, for reference the bed is more the size of a king due to the sheer size of the bedframe itself.
It is leased until the end of May, however may be inspected if needed. As stated included is the built in wardrobe and curtains that black out almost all light when closed. There is small shelfing space included in the wardrobe also as well as shelfing space above the hanging space for storage. Comes unfurnished hence when the deposit is lower that typically requested and the space will be cleaned before a new tenant moves in.
There is one driveway space used currently by one occupant and space on the road outside the house where the occupant moving out normally parks, this is not guaranteed parking however there is plenty of parking space available on the street should this ever be unavailable.
