Super clean house with brand new carpets. Bathroom shared by 1 other.
Weekly cleaner.
Double bedroom with a gel pocket sprung mattress. It is super comfy.
There is a pet cockapoo and she is a little timid but well behaved, and she is hypoallergenic so does not shed. She is kept clean and always washed in the bath after her walks and also kept out of the spare room.
I'm a social person and happy to chat or do things together such as cook or walks etc. But equally I respect quiet time.
The house is very quiet and relaxed.
Preference to have weekends to myself, I usually go away or if I'm around I am doing jobs around the house.
Must be a dog lover not a tolerator.
