Self-contained annex with a double room

I have a double room self contained annex to rent in my family home in Didcot. The annex has separate entrance, kitchen and shower rooms.

It’s on a quiet street, near to Edmonds park. There are plenty of local shops nearby, and Didcot town centre and Didcot Parkway train station are within 15 minutes walking distance.

The annex is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, tv cabinet, sofa, desk and chair, breakfast bar, cooker, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There is a shared courtyard garden and a driveway for parking.

WiFi, council tax and utility bills are included in the rent.

I’m looking for a non smoker. I may consider couples or Monday to Friday lodgers for a negotiated rate. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
