Housemate wanted to share 2 -bed houseshare

Hi,

I'm a professional workina at Harwell campus. I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going housemate to share my current accommodation which will have a spare en-suite available from mid-August. The rent is £800 pm, but with bills will come to ~£1100 pm. The selected tenant will have to provide evidence they can afford the rent.

If this is not suitable, I'm open to buddying up with one or two other people to find shared accommodation.

I'm a quiet, calm and friendly person and like a clean house. I enjoy my own time but also would enjoy hanging out with a housemate in the evenings, watching movies or playing boardgames.
