- 18 minute walk to station
- 7 minute walk to Aldi
- 5 minute walk to be out in countryside fields
- Nice neighborhood, there is shared green out front with friendly neighbors
- Car parking spots always available

Room
- 3.20 x 2.60 m
- East facing window with lots of greenery

Not suitable for people that:
- Like playing music out of loud speakers
- Leave kitchens messy
- Are inconsiderate

Flat
- Gas powered central heating
- No dishwasher
- Shared bathroom
- Shared Kitchen
- Clothes washing machine
- Plenty of long term storage in attic

Other things to note
- My girlfriend is often over
- If you need to keep a bicycle indoors, this is possible but will be an extra £20 a month

- Work in engineering up at Harwell campus in satellite industry
