Shared tenancy where room has become available due to the other current tenant (female friend/colleague) buying their own house.

Flat is pretty much fully furnished and living room will come as is in photos, except sofa/dining table will be replaced. I will be getting a new sofa before the current contract ends but if you have a sofa that could be/needs to be put somewhere then that would also be great. Also plenty of room for extra furniture if necessary.

Bedroom furnishing is optional. Wardrobe is included, current bed will need to be replaced as current housemate will be taking it with them, but if a bed is needed I can arrange to get a new one in.

The flat sits in a great location, 12 min walk to the station, 5 min walk to Aldi, <10 min to Sainsbury's/Didcot centre, and Tesco.

Also a 3 min walk to a bus stop with 33 X36 and 95 94 services
