The rent of £700 per month includes bills, covering virgin broadband and pay TV, council tax, TV license, energy, and water. The bedroom was recently repainted and new furtniture purchased, and the house recarpeted.

We're looking for friendly and tidy professional sharers. The current tenants are scientists/teachers who work locally and are in their 20s and 30s. Non-smokers only.
