This is a second floor flat, with two letting rooms, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom (with a shower over the bath).  It's newly decorated, and has new carpets and vinyl flooring throughout.

White goods and furniture that's in the flat will be gifted to the new tenants (see photos), so it is ready for immediate occupation.

Flat has been upgraded with mains interlinked fire alarm system, fire doors, thumb turn locks, additional electrical points in each room, and improved loft insulation.

There is an allocated parking space for 1 car.

This would be ideal for two people who are not a couple (e. g. close friends/flatmates, or parent and adult child) who wish to share a flat together.  

Some bills included:   The Landlord is willing to contribute £200 per month towards the total utility bills for the flat, (if the total utility bills are less than this, then the tenants can keep the balance).   

Tenants (over 35) receiving Universal Credit or Housing Benefit are welcome to apply.

Council Tax Band B.  

Landlord will accept the White Horse Lettings (Abingdon), "rent in advance" and "rent and damage guarantee" as an alternative to a personal guarantor.  This is for people who have made a homelessness application to the Council.  Please phone White Horse Lettings (part of the Council) for details of this scheme.
