Single room with wardrobes and bedside cabinet. Broadband available free of charge. Rent payable monthly in advance by standing order. No extra bills to pay. Bedding is not provided. No deposit is held but £100 to secure room is payable and used towards first months rent.

Use of all facilities including washing machine, cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. Power shower in bathroom. House has full gas central heating.

Professional working people preferred please. Non smokers only.

House is located close to Town Centre, Railway Station, Tesco, Milton Science Park, Harwell Science Campus and other amenities.

Please Note: If you are not a tidy person and do not clean up after yourself then this is not a house for you. Keeping the kitchen clean after use is essential.
