Ideal for buses to Harwell and Milton Park, 12 - 15-minute walk to railway station. Use of all facilities and mod-cons, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, refurbished bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, washer and separate tumble dryer, own separate fridge/ freezer. We have two friendly lady dogs and two nice cats. The rent is £400 pcm incl. all bills except telephone. We take one month's rent in advance but do not hold a deposit.
