Large En-suite top floor room for Mon - Fri lodging available 9th September. £100 a week which includes contribution to utilities and cleaning.

Broadband and Freesat TV is available (bring your own TV and receiver).

Parking is on street, please vary parking location as to not annoy other residents. Tenant without a car preferred.

Ideal tenant will be a quiet tidy professional who is commuting to the area on a weekly basis for work and travelling back at weekends to their family.

We do have a 1 year old baby who normally sleeps through however on occasions may wake and we will do our utmost to not allow her to cause a nuisance however the potential for a disturbed nights sleep is there.

Term is fixed until beginning of February as we will be moving after this date.
