Room in shared house in Didcot, bills & food inc.

We're a working married couple with a decent sized (single) furnished spare room for rent. We're both non-smokers, one of us is veggie too, we have two friendly young children and there's a cat, rabbits and chickens also in residence.
We live a 20 minute walk from the train station. There's off-road parking out front and a good sized rear garden with decking, hammock, veggie patch etc. We're a fairly easy-going family and this is very much a room within our home so would suit someone looking for a family atmosphere, shared meals, watching tv together in the evening etc. Rent includes all bills except landline, pretty decent broadband connection and normal meals/drinks. (If you have a Pringles / Cadburys / Haagan Daaz obsession you'll have to fund that yourself!!)
As this is a family home we only consider applicants with profiles so we can see a little bit about you first and save unnecessarily wasting both our time, (helps us to see if you're a smoker, animal lover etc!)
