I am looking for a friendly, working professional to rent a room in my four bedroom home.

Your rent of £650 pcm would include:

Choice of double bedroom; Either Master bedroom with en-suite or other double bedroom with sole use of family bathroom
Shared usage of large living room, kitchen/diner, office space, garden and large garage
Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer
80Mbps fibre internet, unlimited downloads, suitable for working at home (you would be welcome to use the office for this)
Ample parking (either driveway or street parking)
Rent includes all bills and council tax

Other things to note:
Property is a 25 min walk / 4 mins drive to Didcot Parkway (45 min train journey to London Paddington)
Great Western Park has excellent access to A34
You must be good with dogs; a friendly and calm 3 year old Golden Retriever lives in my home. I would love for you to get along and enjoy spending time with him.
Non-smokers only.
No pets allowed due to my dog already being in residence (fish tank would be fine)!
I am happy to consider either a male or female tenant. Please note that you would be sharing the house with a 27 year old working male professional (myself).
Proof of income and employment will be needed should you wish to rent the room.
No DSS.
Six months tenancy to begin with, after which the contract can be up for discussion.
Deposit is 1 month's rent.
