Local restaurants, shopping center and cinema is only a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and a garden with a shed which you are more than welcome to use. Parking space is available on the drive next to the property.

The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, cooker, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Please note, I have a 4 year old cat living with me. He's a very friendly white/ginger domestic short hair who spends most of his days sleeping and dreaming of birds!
