The house is situated on Great Western Park - a brand new development in Didcot which has easy access to the Didcot Parkway train station and is an excellent option for commuters.

The double bedroom has a new double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The tenant will have the sole use of the main bathroom which has a shower/bath, basin and toilet.

The house is a new build, link detached and has four bedrooms of which only one will be let out. A second bedroom is used as a shared laundry room and the other serves as a study/hobby room

The large, modern kitchen has built-in fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, two ovens and large 5-plate gas hob.

The living room is spacious and comfortable with a TV, 2 single and a double sofa and opens onto a large garden. Sky TV, Netflix and fast wifi access are included.

I have a cleaner who comes in biweekly to clean the floors, bathrooms, kitchen as well as washing and changing the bedding.

I am also willing to take Monday-Friday occupants at a reduced rate which we can negotiate
