Room for Rent

Double room for rent with large bathroom. Use of lounge (two lounges so mostly private use), garden and parking. We also have fast broadband in the house.

Two people currently live in the house, both tend to travel quite a bit. Quite a social house so tend to have people round when we're here, so hoping for someone who would also fit with that. In terms of length of stay we're flexible, if it works happy for a long term rent.

Toilet shared with one other room, however that is currently not rented out.

Parking available on drive and there is the X2 bus stop close by with great links. I do work from home, in a separate office next to the house, so clients also coming to and from the house.

Have a cleaner who comes three times a week who will also clean rented room and bathroom.
