My current flatmate is moving in with his partner so I'm looking to fill the room until the end of February.
The room currently has a small double bed in it and a small walk-in wardrobe for clothes and storage. A chest of drawers could also be included in the room if needed. The flat has a large garden at the back and a small shed for storage and a tumble dryer. The rent for the room is £550 and bills are usually around £170 a month.
I'm a pretty sociable person who likes to play guitar, listen to music, read, have a drink, exercise etc. I do smoke but absolutely never in the house.
East Hagbourne is a very friendly area on the edge of Didcot with a fantastic local pub. A Tesco express is a 10 minute walk away and it's a 20 minute walk into the centre of Didcot.
