Lovely room overlooking pretty cottage garden

I have accommodation for one tenant in a double room. I live in a beautiful quiet village in a private road. The house is detached and surrounded by a pretty cottage garden you are most welcome to share in council tax band E. I am a friendly and easy-going retired person. My vacating tenant has lived here for two years and is only leaving because he has a new job.
The room has a double bed and a separate shower room with toilet and basin which is for the sole use of my lodger 99% of the time. The bedroom has a lovely view over the garden. I had a new kitchen installed only 3 months ago. There is free parking directly outside the property..

Most of all I would like a quiet tidy professional person who likes dogs. I have 2 small friendly ones.
