Large Sunny Ground floor room, 5.5m x 3. 6m or 18ft x 11ft
in East Hanney. Off road parking, and No need to share kitchen. 1 mile to Williams F1. Current Male lodger leaving due to end of Williams contract, other male now working on Ventilators at Williams. We are all being very careful. No one commutes. Very much a stay at home and farming in fields situation, Lambing in fields throughout April. so only contact is with sheep
The Village has 2 pubs, (not relevant at this time) an Indian restaurant, small shop and post office.
Should you need weekdays only we would be happy to discuss this.
WiFi included.

The room has Double bed, Sofa, Table and chairs, Wardrobe. Furniture can be re arranged. Convection microwave and more at this time.
The bathroom shown is shared ground floor and next to your room, (there is an addition bathroom upstairs)
The room is bright and large enough if you should want to keep yourself to yourself, and the house is open enough should you want company and to chat. (at 3m)

Sheep and chickens in the back paddock,
2 friendly dogs who do not have access to all areas.
So that keeps us quite busy.
