The House:
Double room with ensuite, shower, desk, chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe in a lovely village in the Oxford area. Full access to the house including living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinning/entertaining room, home gym setup with squat rack and 8m swimming pool. House has off street parking, and large back garden.
Tax band: C,
BILLS INCLUDED: Gas, Electric, water, netflix, internet . (Excluded: council tax)

The Dog: (Finn)
The house comes with a 10yr old rescue border collie, he is a big potato and loves cuddles on the sofa and walks. He doesn't like the postman but is otherwise chilled. It is a must that you like dogs and want to be part of his life. No need to walk him (unless you like to) but letting him out when I'm at work would be much appreciated :) 🐕🐾

The Location:
East Hendred is a lovely country village with 2 pubs, small shop, school and walking access to some of the best walks in Oxfordshire. It is a 10 minute drive to Wantage 10 minute to Didcot (if commuting to London) 20 mins to Oxford and a 5 minute drive or 15 min cycle (off of main road) to Harwell research campus. Bus is 2 min walk away with access to all the above.

Us (James & Thea) :
We are an active couple who enjoys hiking, climbing, cooking and are generally very social ! We work in Oxford as scientific researchers and will be in and out most of the day (2 days WFH). We will often be socialising or going for trips with the dog. We are vegetarian (not required that you are), clean and a bit house proud (This manifests mainly as trying to fix or improve things in the house).

You! :
We are looking for a housemate and not someone who feels confined to a room. We hope you are clean, considerate, like dogs, sociable and like to keep fit. If you have similar interests it would be amazing but it's not required!
