Full access to the house including living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dinning/entertaining room, home gym setup with squat rack and 8m swimming pool. House has off street parking, and large back garden.

The Dog: (Finn)
The house comes with a 8yr old rescue border collie, he is a big potato and loves cuddles on the sofa and walks. He doesn't like the postman but is otherwise chilled. It is a must that you like dogs and want to be part of his life. No need to walk him (unless you like to) but letting him out when I'm at work would be much appreciated :) 🐕🐾

The Location:
East Hendred is a lovely country village with 2 pubs, small shop, school and walking access to some of the best walks in Oxfordshire. It is a 10 minute drive to Wantage 10 minute to Didcot ( if comuting to London) 20 mins to Oxford and a 5 minute drive or 15 min cycle (off of main road) to Harwell research campus. Bus is 2 min walk away with access to all the above.

Me (James) :
I am an active person who enjoys hiking, climbing, long walks, cycling, football, festivals and all adventure sports! I work very close to home as a scientific researcher and will be in and out most of the day (2 days WFH). I will often be socialising or going for trips with the dog. I am vegetarian (not required that you are), clean and a bit house proud (This manifests mainly as trying to fix or improve things in the house).

You! :
I am looking for a housemate and not someone who feels confined to a room. I hope you are clean, considerate, like dogs, wants to try new things, sociable and like to keep fit. If you have similar interests it would be amazing but it's not required!
