The property is awaiting permission for extending/refurbishment to begin hence the short term let/price. The house has a lounge/ diner, separate kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker etc, downstairs cloakroom, plus bathroom with bath and power shower over. There is off road parking and storage space in the double garage. There are good transport links to London via the Oxford tube( Lewknor, junction 6, M40 ,10 mins drive away),also Cholsey and Didcot main line stations. Reading, Henley, Oxford ,Abingdon, Didcot, are all within a 20 min drive .Wallingford is the nearest town approx 2 miles away. Ewelme has a village shop & pub both a few minutes walk from the house.
