A large bedroom in a quiet village sharing with a professional. It's a stones throw away from the A40 bus stops to Oxford (20 min on the cycle path) and Witney (30 min on the cycle path) and 1 mile to Eynsham along a quiet country lane. There is a driveway and a space on the grass if you have a car. There is recessed parking on the road side as well. The playing field has an outdoor gym.

The bedroom has a chest of drawers, a beside cabinet and a very large built in cupboard/wardrobe. There is a small desk and office chair that is in the living room at the moment but it belongs in the bedroom.

There is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. I used the washing line when I lived there as that is more environmentally friendly. The cooker is gas fired but there's a halogen oven if you want a quicker oven cook or you could use the microwave. I don't watch television but there are connections around the house including one in your bedroom. I have never used it. There are gas heated radiators in each room.

Deer and foxes cross the fields behind the house. There is plenty of space to grow your own food in the back garden.

The other tenant spends a lot of time working and/or online. He's a young quiet professional. He's been living here for over 5 years.

The monthly council tax, electricity and gas and water are not included in the price. Council tax in 2025 is £100 and your share of the energy bill should be around £60 (Summer) and £90 (Winter) per month. Water is £25 per month. Fibre optic broadband is installed and is being paid for by the other tenant. The bills will be split into 3 if you are a couple (expenses = £133 + £80 + £33). The rent will be £750 and a deposit of £750 is payable.. The special word to include in your first message is "blue". I, the owner, will have a video chat with you before you see/view the house.

There are quite a few things that are destined for a farm in France which means that there is some clutter in the garden. This will not disappear quickly. The decor is dated. I have not updated it from the time I bought the house. The inside of the house is relatively tidy. I'd suggest chatting about it with the other tenant as he's amenable to cleaning but might not get around to it unless it's discussed and timetabled.
