2 large double rooms

Two large double rooms available which share a dedicated upstairs kitchen. My girlfriend and myself have our own separate kitchen downstairs. Both rooms have huge windows and are furnished with a bed (and high quality Rest Assured mattress), plenty of storage, desk (with lamp and chair), TV and full length mirror.

One of the rooms will be available from the 13th of June and the other from the 21st of June.

It's a lovely bright house on a quiet, friendly no-through road - a peaceful and comfortable place to call home. We're looking for someone who likes their own space and is quiet, clean and considerate. You must be a non-smoker.

Cassington is home to two pubs - The Chequers and The Red Lion. There is also a playing field with cricket and football clubs, tennis court and outdoor gym equipment at the end of the road. There are a variety of countryside walks nearby and various walking/cycling routes to the nearby villages of Eynsham and Yarnton for a wider range of shops/cafes/pubs etc.. Blenheim/Woodstock are nearby and the entrance to Blenheim in Combe (with free parking) is just 12 mins drive away.

Getting into Oxford is quick & easy - 30 mins by bike (along the cycle path then canal tow path, almost entirely avoiding the road), by bus it's a 10 min walk to the bus stop then 20 mins into the city centre on the S1 or S2, or a 15 min drive by car/taxi. The H2 bus also stops at Cassington, for those going to Summertown/Headington/The John Radcliffe Hospital.

Witney is a 15 min drive/20 min bus ride/40 min cycle from Cassington.

There's a lockable brick built bike shed at the front of the house which you would be more than welcome to use.
