Lovely furnished double room for rent in Eynsham. The house is a 3 bedroom cottage and is situated down a no through road. It has a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room and a large bathroom. It is situated centrally but in a quiet area of the village, there are shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep.

The room is a medium sized double, there is a large wardrobe and bedside table with a lamp. Being in the old part of the cottage, the ceiling is quite low but still over 6 foot high. This is a lovely warm room and looks out to the front of the property.

Ideally, I am looking for a mature and professional person who is friendly and chatty but who also enjoys their own space. The perfect person will be respectful of my home and happy to adhere to the few house rules.

Eynsham is a quaint village on the edge of the Cotswolds with easy access to Witney, Oxford and London. There is a wide variety of shops, with a Co-op within a 1 minute walk. There are numerous pubs some of which serve food as well as 4 restaurants and a Chinese Takeaway.

Public transport is very good in the village with bus stops to both Oxford and Witney a 2 minute walk away and the nearest railway station is no more than a 10 minute drive.
