To me is a home with some character – myself not being very materialistic and not extremely tidy / However not very messy either!. My personal and communal things all generally have their places. The combined sitting/ kitchen and dining room is for you to use of course. There's one bathroom (right next to the room to rent).

I’m a creative person, believe in community and individuality - times with people and humour, at other times personal space. I enjoy the outdoors, being active... running, swimming, indoor climbing, walking, tennis, cycling, kayaking etc, getting out into countryside. Also music, creative arts, and avenues of alternative thinking.

£545 including bills per month. All week (or Mon-fri-cheaper).
Buses to Oxford/Swindon. By car about 35 minutes. Small town; shops, post-office, a few cafes& pubs, swimming, gym. Parking on road. Ask me anything or arrange viewing through messaging me. I can provide tenancy agreement.

My cat doesn't yet pay me rent, but then all is forgiven as he isn't infact a human! He's a sweetie but sometimes(!) a bit grumpy and wild one...he has cat-flap for outside/ and wont bother you in your bedroom.
