oxfordshire - SN7 7AF. 2 bedroomed flat. I live here too and cat.
Shared bathroom and kitchen/ diner and sitting room in one. Previous flatmates usually 4 to 6 months, but can extend tenancy agreement to suit both of us.

It's not an immaculately well kept place but to me is a home that has I think some character – myself not being very materialistic and not extremely tidy (however not very messy either; somewhere in the middle!). My personal and communal things all generally have their places in the flat. The shared room is a combined sitting/ kitchen and dining room and is one bathroom too (right next to your room infact, but not ensuite).

I’m a creative person. I believe in community and individuality, at times with people and humour are important to me and at other times personal space and time for thoughts/ reflection and finding sense of grounded-ness/ calm. I enjoy the outdoors and being active... running, swimming, indoor climbing, walking, tennis, cycling, kayaking etc. I love getting myself out into countryside and wilder areas such as mountains and coastal areas - wildlife, natural light & colours, movement and rhythms of nature. Also interests of music and creative arts, humour and avenues of alternative thinking.

£550 including bills per month. All week or Mon-fri.
Buses to Oxford & Swindon. By car about 35 minutes to both. Small town; shops, post-office, a few cafes& pubs, swimming, gym. Parking on road. Ask me anything or arrange viewing through messaging me.

He's a sweetie but sometimes(!) a bit grumpy and wild one...but his cat-flap is in sitting room and so he's there or outside and wont bother you in your bedroom.
