Double room in cosy new-build home

I have a spacious double bedroom to rent in my two bed house.
The bedroom has built in storage with a hanging rail and will have a generous chest of drawers.
There is a TV aerial point in the room, big, beautiful window and great storage.
Downstairs is a boot room, toilet, kitchen/diner and large living room, all with a modern-cottage feel.
Use of all facilities, including washing machine, tumble dryer, living room etc...
There is a shared bathroom positioned between the bedrooms, I am extremely clean/ tidy so don’t be out off by a shared bathroom. There will never be a queue for the bathroom with only the two of us and an additional toilet downstairs.

I have two friendly rescue cats, Ella and Frodo who are wonderful, they will leave you alone (unless you want to make friends, of course).

Ideal as a Mon-Fri let for professional wanting a friendly, cosy home from home.
I’d also consider full time let for the right person.

I lend my evenings with my horses, cooking and enjoying a glass of wine. Looking for someone to appreciate my wonderful home, and possibly share a bottle of wine here and there.

Situated in the market town of Faringdon, close to Swindon/Oxford but away from the city and tucked away, surrounded by lovely countryside walks and picturesque pubs.

Situated just off the A420-20 mins drive from Swindon, 30 mins drive to Oxford, Shrivenham station base 7 mins drive.
Fantastic bus links to Oxford/ Swindon (bus stop 3 mins walk from house).
