The house is in the conservation area of Faringdon close to shops and the bus stop to Oxford and Swindon.

The room has an adjoining toilet so is almost ensuite. It feels separate from the rest of the house as it is over the stairwell and bathroom not over other rooms.
There is a roof garden with a washing line and the airing cupboard is in the room so that clothes can be dried there too.
Parking for a car is in nearby streets and is easy to find and safe.
The kitchen has a cooker and an air fryer and a ceramic hob but no microwave or dishwasher. Large fridge and washing machine.
There is a shorthaired friendly Burmese cat.
