The room is a decent size and currently has 2 single beds and a good sized wardrobe in it, if preferred this could be changed to a double but this would need sourcing by you, the room looks over the back garden and gets evening sunlight.
The house is a modest mid terrace, with downstairs toilet, small kitchen and living room, the main bathroom is shared and is situated between the bedrooms.
There is a garage and one parking space at the property, quite happy to share the allocated spot and storage.
Current occupant works Monday- Saturday, I’m in my late 40’s but am friendly and respectful of boundaries, equally happy to share a meal or two.
The property is kept clean and tidy and this would need to be maintained.
The some bills part is just for winter extra energy expenses, likely only a further £50/£75 a month.
Walking distance to the town in 10mins, lovely scenic walks near by, and friendly quiet neighbours.
