If you are looking for a clean, comfortable room with its own ensuite shower room, my house may offer exactly what you are seeking. My rooms are furnished with quality bed, own TV and built in cupboard. Room is cleaned weekly and linen and towels are provided.

There is on drive parking, Wi-Fi, shared kitchen and washing machine.

AVAILABLE 10TH DECEMBER: The back room at £650 pcm overlooks the rear garden with Juliette balcony.
AVAILABLE 2ND JAN: The rear bedroom at £625 pcm is ideal for anyone working nights who wants to sleep during the day as the house is really quite. All bills are currently included but there may need to be a small charge for additional electricity.

I would prefer NOT to let to students, sorry. The house is not easily accessible to Oxford Brookes University so I am only thinking of you. It is however ideally placed for Alpine F1 and Witney.

Please note this is a no smoking household and not a party house. I have two adorable dogs so it helps to like our canine friends. They however don't get on with other dogs so sorry no one looking for a room who has dog.
