Comfortable Room Convenient To Witney & Charlbury

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean double room with its own ensuite and views over a beautiful garden, my spare room could be just what you are looking Short lets only.

The room is furnished, has a built in cupboard, its own TV and ensuite shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided and room is cleaned weekly, when linen is changed. Use of washing machine for personal washing.

Off road parking on drive. Good Wifi.

Please remember this room is in my home and not in a house share so room would suit business professional. Sorry NO students.

I have well behaved dogs but they would not want to share with another person's dog or cat.

Strictly no smoking. Quiet household so no party goers please.

Bills included with evening meals available at reasonable cost. Only additional charge would be for excessive use of cooking facilities and use of washing machine.
