Seeking a peaceful and clean male housemate.

Lovely double room in a very beautiful 16th Century thatched farmhouse in small village only 10 minutes from Headington. 2 nearby bus stops at the end of the road, very near Thornhill Park and Ride, so also really good for London commute.

Great area for peace/walks/running/cycling.

The room has wide dark wood floorboards, wonderfully high ceiling, includes double bed, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers.

The house has a well equipped kitchen, wifi, and an extra downstairs toilet, as well as a really big garden and parking space right next to the building,

No social pressures, so it's perfect for a self-sufficient and responsible individual who likes to live independently but also respectfully of others in a shared space.

**As you can imagine, such an old house also requires us to be gentle with all doors/windows and especially when moving around upstairs, so not a good place for heavy stompers or door-slammers **

Currently two other male occupants: one older busy professional musician/teacher/instrument maker and one other young professional

Please do observe the following:
* Single occupancy, ideally min 1 year
*Bathroom and toilets are kept clean by us :-)
*We do our own washing up /cleaning up :-)
*We put the bins out and bring them back in :-)
* We buy cleaning products, light bulbs etc
* “If you break it then you fix it” shared ethos
